To maximize sales within a specified geographical territory, IQVIA is looking for a Product Specialist - Territory Sales Specialist.

Emilia Romagna and Veneto
Work as a product sales specialist within the hematology therapy area, developing Key Opinion Leaders and key customers to increase and maintain the use of a product for thrombocytopenia. Develop awareness and understanding of the product, creating an environment for its use as and when appropriate. Be conversant with the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry’s Code of Practice and all relevant IQVIA and our customer’s internal standard operating procedures. Act as a role model in the national team, championing IQVIA’s and our customer’s values and developing a winning spirit within the region (Italy).
Accountabilities:
Maintain a professional and ethical image.
Deliver high-quality sales interactions, driving clinical practice changes.
Manage multiple communication channels (e.g., remote calls, emails).
Complete reports accurately and timely.
Achieve sales targets for the product.
Meet sales/activity targets set by leadership.
Create and execute account plans to enhance advocacy and patient access.
Understand the multi-stakeholder environment and customer needs.
Build and maintain key relationships for brand success.
Utilize resources effectively to promote products.
Collaborate with support functions (e.g., Medical, Marketing).
Analyze clinical and sales data to identify business opportunities.
Adhere to industry and company procedures.
Follow the Pharmaceutical Industry’s Code of Practice and local SOPs.
Uphold IQVIA’s professional image.
Qualifications:
Degree in life sciences (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology).
Proven sales success in the pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to discuss scientific issues with KOLs.
Understanding of the Italian Health Economy.
Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong commercial and scientific acumen.
Proficiency in managing multiple communication channels.
Computer literate with CRM experience.
Native Italian, ideally with conversational English.
Frequent travel required.
Desirable:
Experience in hematology therapy and biologics.
Knowledge of therapy areas and competitor brands.
Experience in Secondary Care settings.
Established relationships with KOLs in Hematology.
