We are now looking for an Account Manager (AM) to be part of FastwebVodafone commercial team who will report to Kam Italy Operator (KAM ITO) within Customer Unit (CU) SEME. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in strategic thinking, business development mostly on Radio Access domain enabling a profitable business for Ericsson and the KAM ITO. This role depends upon a deep understanding of our customers’ business, operations and objectives. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for business development, sales, customer contribution and cash-flow, including working capital. We are searching for an AM that will act with confident authority and that takes accountability to develop the business relationships, knowing the dynamics and number while actively contributing to making Ericsson successful with Customer satisfaction. What you will do Ability to build and maintain strong, trusted customer relationships, including C-level engagements. A deep understanding of customer needs, strategies, and operations to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional outcomes. Consultative selling skills across techno-commercial product and services engagement models. Experienced in identifying customer pain points and translating them into actionable sales opportunities. Ability to participate in pre-sales and commercial engagements to foster customer relationships and drive business growth. Achieve short-term sales targets and develop long term business. Act as the lead negotiators for new contracts and renewals. Generate profitable sales. Successfully manage and grow the P&L. Manage the balance sheet (cash collections, inventory, revenue recognition, etc.). Development and delivery of winning proposals. Comprehensive knowledge of Networks portfolio, spanning both services and products, enabling the ability to sell optimal solutions to customers according to Domain’s indication. Drive sales process until SDP3, set delivery requirements for post SDP3, maintain customer contact until SDP5. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. Strong influence skills to align stakeholders, negotiate successfully, and drive decision-making at all levels of the organization. You will bring Education: Master of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar. Min years of experience: 7-10 years of experience of relationship sales and within the ICT industry. Minimum 5 years in commercial role. Good knowledge of innovative Network architecture and new technologies mostly on Radio but also on Core, Microservices based architecture, Orchestration, XaaS, etc. Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding attitude. Fluent Italian and English. Perseverant and result oriented. Leadership and change management skills. Ability to enable teamwork and collaboration will be needed. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to negotiate and close large complex deals. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. A strong sense of perseverance and be open minded, with a passion to win. Ability to foster and maintain strong executive relationships. Additional Requirements: Innovative and creative.
