This Role In Summary
As our Ecommerce Experience Expert, you will own the commercial performance and user experience of our official website, including online merchandising, content and promotion management, conversion rate optimization, and performance monitoring. You will collaborate with the broader eCommerce team and other key stakeholders in marketing, product and merchandising, supply chain and logistics, and IT - to elevate the consumer’s online experience and deliver a high level of user satisfaction, increase sales and profitabil
ity.You’ll be part of a small and dynamic Ecommerce team that is breaking new ground in our company and in the outdoor industry.
Your main responsibil i ties
* Own eCom merchandising efforts with particular focus on PDPs, PLPs and LPs performance
* Manage on-site experience across all the key steps of the user journey and conversion funnel
* Manage the online GTM calendar, including commercial planning and promotion strategy
* Manage up and cross sales strategy to boost revenues, AOV and UPT
* Manage onsite testing and personalisation to improve both experience and conversion
* Own the eCommerce seasonal Buy and manage eCom inventory trough-out the products’ lifecycle
* Work with different teams (Planning, Purchasing, Product, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Support) to ensure best-in-class website experience
* With the support of digital analytics tools, create eCom reports and analyses and present them to key stakeholders
Requirements
* A relevant business-related study5+ years of work experience in Ecommerce, including previous eCom managerial experience
* Ability to lead and manage other teamies
* Service oriented and hands-on approach
* Acute attention to detail in all aspects of responsibilities
* Strong and proven analytical skills
* Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
* Experience with website back-end platforms and with internal ERPs
* Experience with personalization and A/B testing tools
* Experience with Shopify and PIM tools preferred
* English (fluent) and Italian
