Responsibilities
* Develop and deploy ML solutions to tackle critical business challenges
* Work in close partnership with Business, Product, and Marketing teams, fostering open communication to clearly understand their needs and priorities
* Bridge the technical gap by effectively communicating complex findings and model results to a broad audience
* Collaborate with Data Engineers to deploy models in production, manage their lifecycle, and continuously improve our MLOps pipelines for efficiency and scalability
* Stay ahead of the curve by studying and researching new technologies and solutions
Some of the projects on which you will work:
* Optimization of the Call Center activities
* Customization of customer experience on the website
* Marketing spending optimization
* Forecasting of users and volumes
* Automated Document Data Extraction
* Conversational AI
Requisiti
What you need:
* Master degree in a related field
* At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist
* Advanced knowledge of Python
* Intermediate knowledge of SQL
* Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks and scientific libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, tensorflow)
* Proven experience in developing and deploying ML models in production, managing their full lifecycle (including real-time use cases), and monitoring their impact
* Working experience in a Cloud environment
* Can-do mindset with a strong focus on collaboration and teamworking
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to prioritize, organize and manage your workflow effectively
* Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
