For our company operating in the Ho.Re.Ca channel, to supply quality products and to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, we are looking for an independent sole agent to expand our network of sales consultants and contribute to the growth of our customer base.
Main responsibilities:
* Identify and contact potential customers in the assigned territory in synergy and sharing with the Area Manager.
* Attend periodically the meetings at the headquarters by the Sales Management.
* Effectively manage any customer complaints regarding warehouse and/or logistics errors.
* Collaborate with the internal customer care team to provide the customer with maximum satisfaction.
* Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify business opportunities.
* Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new business relationships by reporting any problems and/or opportunities to the sales management through the Area Manager.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Results orientation.
* Strong customer orientation and ability to build trusting relationships.
* Knowledge of the relevant territory and target customers.
* VAT number and availability to work as a sole agent.
Previous experience in the food sector, either as a salesperson in the Ho.Re.Ca sector or as an operator in the same sector, will be an advantage.
