Reporting to the Technical Director the role is a hands-on role with around 20-25% travel time per calendar year. This is a customer facing role with several interactions with EPC and end users.Main DutiesProduce project documentation and in particular Inspection and Test Reports (ITP) and Quality Control Plans (QCP)Support and coordinate FATSupport SAT as requiredIssue /Manage / Archive Non-Conformance ReportsCreate production / assembly checklistSuppliers’ qualification and approvalTake part of design reviews to make sure lessons learned are implementedPerform regular inspections to production and assembly sitesPerform regular inspections to suppliersCoordinate and plan 3rd party inspectionsOn time delivery of quality documents within projectEnforce a “right first time” approachNon-Conformance Report metrics and improvement plans based on themWork Instructions and Check list to support assembly in different geographical locationsPlanning and Scheduling of inspection activitiesDepartment KPIsBackgroundTechnical Diploma/Degree10+ years experience developed in manufacturing environment and complex project and systems (OG, Petrochemical, Pharma…)The ideal candidate would have experience in project-based organizations (design and manufacture to order)Experience within complex systems products is an advantageKnowledge of pressure vessels codes (PED, ASME VIII)Knowledge of WPS, WPQR, NDTAttributesPragmatic approach to product and process improvementSelf-starter and able to work with minimum supervisionInclination to coordinate internal and external resources
