Following UniCredit Digital Transformation plan to become a truly integrated, fast and efficient digital Bank, Client Risk Management (CRM) Product Control is looking for new young talents to make them join their teams for many Internship opportunities.
CRM Product Control team is part of Group Performance Monitoring & Planning Division and is responsible, among others, for the regulatory daily trading P&L monitoring and reporting, monthly reconciliation vs accounting results, and contribution to monthly regulatory reporting’s for various stakeholders.
Successful candidate will be responsible for running the day-to-day Profit & Loss (P&L) control of business lines (Equities, Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities) in CRM, performing daily Economic and IFRS P&L reporting, analysis, and explanations for stakeholders within the UniCredit Global Client Risk Management environment.
What you'll be doing
Here some of the activities you might undertake during your experience:
* Perform analytical review of daily Economic and IFRS P&L, i.e. P&L decomposition by risk factors (greeks) and IFRS P&L components development
* Ensure timely communication with traders and producing commentary & analysis for Front Office, CFO, and other stakeholders
* Pro-actively run investigations of P&L relevant issues and interact with Trading, Risk, Finance & Accounting
* Support to analyze and implement the new regulatory reporting requirements
* Support and collaborate with the teams in preparing both the individual and consolidated regulatory reports.
The internship is open to students enrolled in Master’s programs and is a 6-month-full time experience in our Headquarter in Milan - Gae Aulenti Towers.
What you'll need to succeed

* Possibility to take part to a curricular Internship
* Master degree with a focus on finance & banking, economics, information technology or equivalent with strong academic record
* Knowledge of financial instruments and understanding of their valuation
* Good analytical and quantitative skills
* Self-responsibility and proficiency in working with numbers
* Good skills in MS Excel
* Very good written and spoken English
Nice to have(s):
* Skills in VBA and SQL
* Italian / German is a plus but not mandatory
