For our 5*L hotel in ROMA, we are looking for a SOUS CHEF PASTRY who will have the following responsibilities:
* Work alongside the Chef in creating pastry menus, adhering to the company's policies and vision.
* Supervise all kitchen activities and replace the Chef when absent.
* Supervise and evaluate the performance of the kitchen staff, providing necessary feedback.
* Manage inventory, place orders, and inspect kitchen equipment.
* Train junior staff.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a 5* Luxury establishment in the same role.
* Previous experience in Michelin-starred establishments.
* Passion for cooking and creativity.
* Availability to work shifts.
* Leadership skills.
* Excellent organizational and precision skills.
