Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire purchasing process for the bucket category, including supplier selection, contract negotiation and relationship management with existing suppliers;
* Constantly monitor the market and identify emerging trends, cost opportunities and new sources of supply;
* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize product quality, costs and availability;
* Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a diversified meat assortment suited to the needs of the company's business;
* Conduct detailed analysis of category performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement and propose corrective actions;
* Maintain clear and regular communication with various company departments, including logistics, marketing and tenders, to ensure efficient management of the flow of goods and a competitive pricing strategy;
* Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies regarding quality and sustainability.
Requirements:
* Experience in the purchasing sector with a focus on the bucket category is preferable, but we also positively evaluate those who are new to their experience with a desire to learn and grow in the sector;
* Knowledge of the bucket market, including product varieties, suppliers and pricing dynamics preferred;
* Negotiation skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
