The Digital Marketing Specialist (Social Media Management) will play a crucial role in elevating our brand's online presence.
This position involves developing and executing strategic social media campaigns, creating compelling content, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with internal teams to drive engagement and brand growth.
Experience with Philippine online selling platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc.) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
2. Content Creation & Curation: Produce high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored for different social media platforms.
3. Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with followers, fostering a strong and positive brand community.
4. Performance Measurement & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
5. Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure content relevance.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to maintain brand consistency across all campaigns.
7. Paid Social Media Advertising: Manage paid social campaigns, including budgeting, audience targeting, optimization, and reporting.
8. Audience Research & Targeting: Conduct research to identify target demographics and tailor content to meet audience preferences.
9. Online Reputation Management: Monitor brand mentions on social media, addressing negative feedback and crisis management professionally.

Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry.
* Experience with Philippine online selling platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc.) is preferred.
* Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and social media best practices.
* Familiarity with Facebook Business Suite and Google Analytics.
* Basic understanding of SEO principles, web analytics, and e-commerce best practices.
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with strong storytelling abilities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data for campaign optimization.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
