Founded in Paris in 2016, Edflex has rapidly established itself as a highly innovative B2B SaaS scale-up in the EdTech sector. Backed by major investment funds, Edflex launched last year a plan to expand its reach in Europe and beyond by acquiring a start-up called OfCourseMe, now the Italian branch of Edflex, with further expansion goals in the coming years.
Our Mission is clear: to bridge skill gaps for employees through the best learning content, organizing it into relevant learning pathways. These paths leverage high-quality online training content from a wide range of sources and are accessible anytime, anywhere.
The company boasts an excellent clientele, which includes names such as UniCredit, Generali, and FS in Italy, alongside with many other international brands such as EDF and Orange, to name a few of our over 300 customers. To date, over 1,500,000 people use our solution for their training, a number that testifies to the trust placed in its effectiveness and added value.

AS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF
* Help Edflex Italy hit ambitious Sales goals (3x ARR in 3 years).
* Closing deals is what you will live and die for ; you will need the following super powers in order to be successful:
* Personal branding : leverage your credibility and reach in order to promote Edflex brand within the HR Community in Italy;
* Influential posture: be persuasive and strategic in positioning our Value Proposition as clearly as possible on the market;
* Solution selling : help your prospects visualise how Edflex solutions would work for them, and what benefits it will bring.
* In order to achieve this, you will benefit from the support of:
* SDR generating and qualifying leads for you to close;
* Marketing providing powerful materials to share with prospects;
* Customer Success and Product for technical pre-sales activities.
You will report directly to Davide, MD Edflex Italy and VP Sales.
YOU ARE PERFECT FOR THIS ROLE IF
* You are relentless, ambitious and entrepreneurial
* You are structured, organised and analytical
* You have 3-5 years of experience hitting targets in Sales B2B SaaS, ideally in HR Tech, as well as a past experience in consulting
* You are fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus
* You have a genuine knack for continuous learning
* You can demonstrate alignment to our company values
* You are located in or near Milan, available to travel when needed
