Job Description
Join our Warehouse Management (WM) team in Prague as an SAP Consultant, partnering with Business Units in the Market Authorization Holder (MAH) to support global business processes within our ERP system. Reporting to the Director of Animal Health IT Manufacturing and Supply, this role encompasses intercompany sales, planning, and direct procurement, with future enhancements including serialization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safeguard the Global Template’s integrity and functionality.
* Approve and review changes prior to execution.
* Build strong relationships with Local Business Process Owners (LBPOs) and Key Users/SMEs.
* Provide insights to the GBPO and Team Manager for projects and Change Request Forms (CRFs).
* Manage medium-complexity projects and participate in workshops, testing, training, and go-live support.
* Collaborate with EPM colleagues to improve end-to-end processes.
Experience/Knowledge:
* Broad general IT knowledge and experience.
* In depth knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) solutions in a Manufacturing Environment and SAP Manufacturing (PP/MM).
* Five years or more hands-on experience with SAP customizing in WM, PP and MM and preferably other Manufacturing Modules and management of medium complex projects.
* Demonstrated track record as an ERP Specialist in a batch managed industry. Pharmaceutical or Life Science is preferred.
* Knowledge and experience in computer system validation is preferred.
* Knowledge of methods and techniques for the adjustments and implementation standard software.
Education:
* Higher education degree or equivalent.
* Proficiency in SAP R/3 relevant modules.
* Project Management (e.g., PMI) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications preferred.
Skills:
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Customer-oriented approach.
* Mature business partner with fluency in English (written and spoken).
* Creative problem-solver.
Travel:
* Willingness to travel 20-25% as needed.
