HSPI S.p.A. is a management consulting company supports the Client through the change processes generated by Information & Communication Technology and is specialized in Business Consulting, IT Strategy and Governance and Digital Innovation.
For the expansion and strengthening of its Rome office staff, HSPI is looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience to join as a PMO, with a focus on IT Governance & Service Management activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Drafting of process documents and procedures and drafting of additional specific deliverables as a result of the activities carried out in the project;
Project Management: planning, management and supervision of projects, organization of team activities in compliance with shared programming, monitoring of progress, identification of critical issues and risks and related corrective actions;
Customer relationship management, to ensure the satisfaction of needs/requirements;
Assessment, re-engineering and support for the implementation of the processes of the Information Systems Departments, according to industry best practices (COBIT, ITIL);
Drafting of the functional requirements of IT tools and technological architectures to support ITSM processes and IT services;
Drafting and execution of organizational Change Enablement plans;
Monitoring the progress of projects for the implementation of ITSM processes and platforms.
Skills required:
At least 5 years of experience in the role
Experience in using some of the main IT Governance and IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL4, COBIT, Prince2, PMBoK, ISO20000, ...);
Knowledge of the main IT Service Management platforms (e.g.: ServiceNow, BMC, ...) and ability to define solution requirements based on customer needs;
Knowledge of the fundamental components of a modern IT infrastructure, HW/SW and interconnection networks;
Soft skills required:
Ability to manage meetings with customers and suppliers;
Ability to coordinate Junior and recent graduate resources, attention to the team, ability to grow their skills;
Organizational autonomy and goal orientation and spirit of initiative/proactivity.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in STEM disciplines (Economics, Engineering, Computer Science and Mathematics).
