Job Description
We are looking for our General Manager for our JO&JOE in Rome, in the heart of the city, halfway between the train station and the Trevi Fountain.

o Promote JO&JOE brand offers and cross-sell opportunities.

o Optimise P&L performance and identify improvement opportunities.

o Oversee reservations and cancellation policies to maximise occupancy.
4. Mission 4: Maintain controls and meet standards
o Manage unit operations, finance and stock control.
o Ensure safety, audits, and compliance with company policies.
o Forecast sales and wages while planning effective staff rotas (daily/weekly/monthly).
5. Mission 5: Deliver an exceptional customer experience
o Deliver exceptional customer service and experience.
o Continuously improve product offerings for maximum satisfaction.
6. Mission 6: F&B Management
o Maintain and develop our F&B offering as unmissable.
o Follow and manage the performance and F&B budget with your F&B Manager.
o Nurture the request of private events inside the JO&JOE.
7. Mission 7: Analyse and make decisions
o Be autonomous, make informed decisions and escalate issues when necessary.
o Resolve problems efficiently while adhering to guidelines.
o Monitor and improve team performance.
o Ensure objectives are met and plan actions to achieve targets.
o Make work fun.
