Key Responsibilities
* Localization and Country Execution
* Localizing Campaigns and Messaging: Adjusting global content to reflect Italy’s cultural nuances, language preferences, and market-specific opportunities.
* Aligning with Regional Goals: Ensuring that all activities contribute to both the regional Southern Europe strategy and the company's broader objectives.
* Campaign Development and Execution
* Event Management: Organizing and executing local events such as trade shows, customer workshops, and partner events that enhance the company’s market presence.
* Digital and Traditional Media Campaigns: Managing digital marketing activities (social media, email campaigns, paid advertising, paid media) while integrating traditional marketing where effective.
* Sales Collaboration: Partnering with local sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with their lead generation and pipeline targets.
* Channel Marketing: Supporting channel partners in co-branded initiatives, ensuring their success drives wider market adoption.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Sales Teams: Working hand-in-hand with local sales leaders to translate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
* Product Marketing: Ensuring that all marketing efforts reflect the company’s product positioning while aligning with local market demands.
* Global Marketing Teams: Communicating with the broader marketing organization to ensure that Italian campaigns are consistent with global branding but tailored to local market needs.
* Performance Metrics and Reporting
* Budget Management
* Partners and Vendor Management
* Vendor Relations: When needed, working with local media and event agencies to execute campaigns and events.
* Channel and Partner Marketing: Building strong relationships with System Integrators in Italy to create joint marketing programs that boost mutual visibility and sales.
* PR support
* Supporting EMEA PR Team in the management of Country PR Agency, to boost CP Media presence in the Country.
* Approving localized PR releases.
* Integrate PR in Country initiatives when appropriate.
Qualifications
* Experience in relevant field and channel marketing (at least 5 years) in ICT market (preferred).
* Proficient in utilizing MarTech tools and analytics for strategic decision-making (CRM Software, Marketing automation, Analytics Tools).
* Open to country travels for events and partner engagements (up to 40%).
