#ELC HR Assistant
The HR Assistant supports the daily operations of the HR department, handling tasks such as job posting, resume screening, candidate communication, data management, and report preparation. They also provide support for training plan development and other HR initiatives.
Key Performance Areas
1. Drafting job postings and posting them on major recruiting platforms.
2. CV screening.
3. Candidate communication and interview scheduling.
4. Drafting candidate profiles.
5. Utilization of Sap Success Factors & Eightfold AI software.
6. Preparation of candidates documents to start the internships and onboarding.
7. Support in developing training plans.
8. Support in organizing funded training projects.
9. Support in preparing reports/statistical data in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
10. Translations English/Italian.
11. General support in daily HR management tasks.
Requirements
1. Excellent organizational skills.
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proficiency in English language.
4. Excellent knowledge of key computer tools such as Outlook, Office.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexibility, and a professional attitude in line with company standards.
6. The profile is complemented by a good practical sense, strong initiative, flexibility, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and a genuine interest and motivation in the field of Human Resources.
