Responsibilities: Lead any negotiation (yearly/LTA/extraordinary) with his/her customers by ensuring to reach at least the minimum company target (Walk away) and targeting to maximize volumes, prices and mix; Propose to the Company leadership holistic solutions to solve complex commercial challenges for his/her Large accounts through analyses, business cases, presentations; Lead his/her customers product portfolio changes through collaborating with the engineering and product development teams; Prepare and maintain sales forecast in the short and long term through analyses and reports, tracking his/her sales performance against targets; Prepare and deliver commercial and technical presentations that explain our products to customers and prospective clients, through leading and aligning the internal stakeholders.
