Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce.

The Role:
As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals. Your primary channels will include LinkedIn, email, and industry events, enabling you to excel in enterprise sales.
Target Markets:
Initially, your focus will be on companies within retail, luxury brands, GDO, banking, and insurance sectors. However, we are eager to explore new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with key stakeholders, including HR Directors, Heads of Talent Acquisition, Heads of People Development, and internal recruiters.
* Collaborate closely with prospective clients to ensure alignment with their goals and requirements.
* You will follow the all sales cycle from prospecting to the closing.
Requirements and skills:
* At least 6 years of experience in the HR industry or HR tech market (we are considering also HR professionals).
* Exceptional networking skills with a talent for engaging decision-makers.
* A proactive, adaptable attitude towards developing and executing sales strategies.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Resilience is a must-have, is going to be hard.
