Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Excellence Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing sales strategies tailored for different channels (medical, pharmacy, wholesalers, e-commerce) ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
* Collaborating closely with sales leaders to optimize sales processes, drive efficiency, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
* Implementing performance management systems and Key Performance Indicators to supervise sales performance.
* Analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth, providing actionable insights.
Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales initiatives.
