In this role, you will help us to expand brand recognition, value, and lead sales efforts targeted at the market. A strategic role responsible for ensuring client objectives are met and, therefore, retaining the client.The primary goal of this position is to grow the business by identifying, developing, and closing sales with customers and partners who deliver SoftExpert solutions, building long-term, trust-based relationships. Candidates will need to meet sales targets and secure new business opportunities through interactions with management, leadership, C-level executives, and business partners.Candidates should possess relationship-building skills, sales strategy execution, and prior experience in the market for compliance solutions, processes, and organizational excellence such as: Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Enterprise Quality Management (EQM), Corporate Performance Management (CPM), among others.Key Responsibilities:Be the main point of contact between clients and the company, ensuring clear communication and a great experience.Manage client accounts by monitoring needs, resolving issues, and recommending the best solutions.Analyze market trends and client data to provide strategic insights.Collaborate with sales and other teams to deliver outstanding service.Control client budgets and negotiate terms when needed.Develop customized strategies to maximize client success.Create and update reports on account performance.Introduce clients to new products and services.Build long-term, trust-based relationships.Requirements:Solid experience in the same or similar positions;Experience in consultative sales and in the software sector;Knowledge of B2B marketing and CRM usage;Client-oriented mindset;Strong communication and active listening skillsClient-oriented mindsetCurious, creative, proactive, and dynamicHigh level of organization and self-learning abilityIndependent and motivated work ethicProblem-solving creativity with fast learning abilityLanguages:Native Italian (required)English (required)Portuguese (desirable)Important!
