We are looking to hire a talented and committed Recruitment Associate to be part of the Amazon Stores EMEA Recruiting team. This role is critical in delivering against Amazon's hiring requirements and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key job responsibilities
1. Partner with hiring teams to build effective recruitment approaches and manage customer/partner expectations.
2. Manage and take care of the posting of new open positions to create a pipeline of potential prospects.
3. Sift profiles for assigned roles, monitor applications, and progress candidates aligned with the basic qualifications.
4. Check and assess job requirements for both internal and external candidates.
5. Check candidate assessment and test results.
6. Manage administrative tasks for the offer stage, onboarding, and position closing.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. A minimum of C1 level (CEFR) in English, and B1 level in either German, French, or Italian.
2. Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
3. Relevant experience in an Administrative/Corporate/Customer Service environment (e.g., data entry, managing data-driven reporting, or ownership of detailed processes; solving problems related to customer queries or internal process issues).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
2. Relevant experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
3. Agency and/or corporate recruiting experience, including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting (e.g., developing creative approaches to sourcing candidates; building and driving talent sourcing initiatives).
