Your role
We are looking for a Sr. Brand & Communications Manager. The Sr. Brand & Communications Manager is responsible for managing and developing brand and communication strategies to ensure a strong market presence and cultural relevance. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management expertise to promote brand identity and achieve business objectives.
This role involves working closely with external partners, including celebrities, talents, and influencers, to develop impactful brand collaborations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entertainment industry and a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with high-profile external partners.
Main responsibilities:
* Develop and implement brand and communication strategies aligned with business goals.
* Manage marketing and communication campaigns, including digital channels, social media, PR, and advertising.
* Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to create relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
* Work directly with celebrities, influencers, and talents to co-create campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and objectives.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.
* Manage the department budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
* Coordinate events and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
* Ensure brand message consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Main requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
* In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
* Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with media, artists and influencers.
