Your Role
As a Product Sales Specialist, you will be an expert in all Hematology product lines and the first point of contact for customers and Sales Force on technical matters.
Main Responsibilities
* Providing sales support for deep technical/scientific topics in Hematology to help customers and overcome their objections.
* Supporting profitable sales growth in the local market for the assigned customers.
* Performing demonstrations of Beckman's instrumentation/reagents in the field and/or at BEC site (only on Stand-Alone Instruments), promoting continuous knowledge growth about our systems.
* Planning and executing customer meetings to discuss complex technical matters to create and finalize tender solutions.
* Building strong relationships with customers to become their trusted consultant.
* Conducting customer follow-up visits to verify the general status of installed instrumentation and reinforce customer trust and loyalty.
* Ensuring the commercial effectiveness of customer visits by sharing all relevant information collected with Sales & Service Force.
* Establishing Sales Force's product knowledge gaps for each region and addressing them.
* Cooperating in data collection on competitors and market needs to improve market positioning and penetration.
* Being the point of contact for analytics matters in partnership with the Customer Care department.
* Running Business Reviews.
Required Skills and Experience
* University degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or similar with previous experience in an Application/Product Specialist role OR as a Researcher/Lab Technician/Volunteer in a University Hospital laboratory.
* Solid knowledge of Hematology; previous working experience in this domain is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
* Problem solver, customer-centric, goal-oriented, and proactive, with an enterprising spirit.
* Available to travel up to 80/90% of the time.
