As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Area Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of expert technicians focused on equipment reliability, ensuring a supportive and efficient working environment.

* Implement EU network standards, plan preventive maintenance, and ensure technical availability
* Collaborate with colleagues to collect and analyze data to improve processes

A day in the life
You will be based at an operational site, providing practical guidance and gaining a clear understanding of site operations. Your day involves data collection, problem-solving, creating operational plans, and initiating projects to improve processes and equipment maintenance. Leading your team and managing their performance and development are central to your role, including organizing training sessions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Significant practical engineering experience, including supervisory roles managing people
* Multiskilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines
* Experience with automated equipment such as packaging machinery, sortation, and conveyor systems
* Proficiency in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher
* Experience adhering to health & safety standards and regulations
* Strong computer skills (MS Office, CAD)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of engineering and facilities equipment within Fulfillment Centers, including maintenance and safety procedures
* Experience with PLC control systems
* Project management experience
* Knowledge of CMMS programs
* Experience with Kaizen and Continuous Improvement processes
