Your responsibilities Be a key member of ABB global Product Management team, developing and optimizing the global portfolio with viable solutions for the business. Perform market analysis to identify product requirements in the area of DC fast charging, creating the right value propositions for customers and users. Work as part of the core development team, composed of engineering, marketing, and design, interfacing with sales, regions, service, and operations. Support the communication team during new product launches. Keep Sales informed on topics related to the offering, such as new offering availability, market, competition, quality, configuration, trends, and limitations. Provide sales support, engaging customers and promoting the product portfolio during trade shows. Have a good market feeling on B2B/B2C segments, market research, competitors analysis, and user experience in the market pull domain. Formulate requirements based on market, customer, and user needs to generate the technical inputs for developers, finding the best proposal for the business and the market. Your background STEM background. Experience in product management and the development lifecycle of products (requirements, concept, prototyping, production release, market release, maintenance & support, after-sales, etc.). Previous experience in data analysis: data collection, cleaning, and modeling from the install base and all market research. Able to provide data visualization and reporting to summarize key findings and formulate the right recommendations to drive the business. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Grafana, Salesforce, or other equivalent data analytics tools). Previous experience with high power and IoT connected products offering and services is ideal. Proven experience in the electric vehicle market is a plus.
