Sales Executive
The Sales Executive is responsible for managing commercial relationships with CACEIS clients. He/she will be in charge of developing CACEIS business by recruiting new clients and negotiating commercial agreements (estimates, contracts). His/her efforts focus on the CACEIS target market segments to whom he/she offers a comprehensive or partial, multi-product service. He/she also ensures the respectability of clients when entering into a relationship and onboarding and is therefore responsible for assessing inherent risks and the completeness of KYC files.
As a Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in the following missions and activities:
* Prospecting for new clients:
o Define the target clients to recruit depending on the commercial strategies and orientations and according to internal policies.
o Solicit new clients by proposing a comprehensive or partial, multi-product range.
o Perform the watch and the necessary analyses for assessment of first-level risks relating to the client in accordance with the standards and procedures applicable within CACEIS.
* Supervision of the coordination of preparation of agreements concerning the business relationship:
o Check the completeness and consistency of documents received.
o Ensure the legal, ethical, and operational feasibility of the set-up negotiated with the client.
o Initiate onboarding of the new relationship and pass on to the relevant teams all documents and information necessary to provide the services sold.
* Sales representation of CACEIS:
o Represent CACEIS externally and internally.
o Participate in events (conferences, seminars, trade shows, etc.) in the world of Asset Servicing in order to raise the profile of CACEIS.
Minimum Requirements:
* Master's Degree.
* 3-5 years of experience in the role of Sales Executive or equivalent in the financial sector, preferably with knowledge of fund management and administration and Depositary Bank.
* Knowledge in Compliance and Regulation.
* Ability to support and manage the customer independently in the different target markets (Italy, Luxembourg, France, and UK).
* Ability to manage potential customer needs with the aim of business development and growth.
* Ability to manage daily operations with the customer to consolidate the relationship.
* Availability for any trips within the national and international territory, according to business needs.
* Being organized.
* Diplomacy.
* Ability to analyze and summarize.
* Excellent knowledge of Office tools, notably Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent English; French is a plus.
