JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly qualified Learning & Development Manager to lead the development and implementation of innovative L&D initiatives within our industrial sector. The ideal candidate will act as a project manager, overseeing the design and execution of training programs to ensure the growth and development of our workforce. Previous experience in the luxury sector and a deep understanding of industrial processes are preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with company objectives.
2. Act as a Business Partner to stakeholders in the Group's industrial divisions.
3. Manage multiple L&D projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
5. Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
6. Engage and manage external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality training content and resources.
7. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to training and development.
9. Maintain high-quality standards throughout all phases of the project cycle.
10. Keep up-to-date with best practices in L&D and the industrial sector to drive innovation in training programs.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the industrial and/or luxury sectors.
Master's degree in human sciences or a Master's in human resources or related fields.
Proven expertise in managing complex projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Deep understanding of industrial processes and the specific training needs within this sector.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess training effectiveness and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in using digital tools (LMS, reporting, dashboard, etc.) with a commitment to staying current with technological advancements.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement in L&D programs.
Language skills: native Italian / C2; English C1.
Knowledge of interprofessional funds is a plus.
Availability for frequent travel.
Excellent time and resource management skills.
