In collaboration with our Experience & Design, Creative, Data & Research teams as well as AKQA team, they partner with our clients to define and guide them through their transformation journeys.
We are currently looking for a Strategist, with a solid background in digital products and services as well as in integrated marketing and communication projects. Besides that, the ability to build and maintain a consulting approach is a trait we seek in particular.
The ideal candidate is a confident and trustworthy professional with strong relational and communication skills, able to provide a consistent vision across all project phases within large accounts and multiple projects where business, technology and design converge to common goals.
Based in Milan, you will join a cross-functional team focused on delivering outstanding outcomes in the fields of branding, communication, and product & service design.

2. You are able to ask and answer essential strategic questions for clients ranging from what the business challenges are to who we are targeting and how we will impact both their minds and hearts.
3. You have a love for challenges and a drive to inspire new ways of thinking.
4. You have a solid strategic methodology and cultural background, that you convey into a pragmatic approach to projects.
5. You are committed to ensure high-quality output and a consistent performance on long-term projects combining a clear vision, technical expertise, and daily tasks.

6. 3-5 years of working experience in creative and/or digital agencies.
7. Strong organisational skills and extreme attention to detail.
8. You take responsibility for your own time management and deliverables.
9. You relentlessly push to improve and outdo yourself in every task.
