This great growing group is looking for a Cluster Human Resources Manager / Director for the hotels in the Italian region, reporting to the Director of Operations and Board of Directors.
Responsibilities:
* The coordination of a team currently composed of 2 other resources
* The management and monitoring of personnel costs starting with the definition of the corporate budget for each hotel in the Group
* The development and implementation of personnel management, development and incentive policies (welfare, compensation & benefits, incentive plans, training plans, etc.)
* The supervision of the payroll cycle and administrative processes
* The management of outstanding contracts and labor relations
* The care and development of employee relations at the cross-departmental level (Directors, Managers, Operating Departments)
* Supporting departmental Managers in achieving the objectives set in the budget phase
* The participation and coordination of recruiting activities
* Verifying and complying with legal requirements regarding occupational safety and additional legal obligations
* Promoting a corporate culture based on collaboration, empathy, and the enhancement of resources on a meritocratic basis
* Developing and maintaining relationships with ApL and professional partners
* Organizing and developing Employee Experience and Employee Retention activities
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience in the role of at least 5-10 years in luxury hotels, preferably in international settings
* Education in business, law, or psychology subjects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent command of the English and Italian languages
* Coaching skills acquired through professional training and developed in structured business settings are appreciated
* Care and attention to detail
* Passion for the hospitality and luxury world
* Hold a EU passport
