As a Client Account – Resources Industry, you will manage a specific industry portfolio of accounts (Chemicals, Energy, Natural Resources & Utilities, Oil & Gas) with accountability for sales through delivery and business success as measured by sales, revenue, and profitability.

Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales excellence and productivity, increasing pipeline quality and win rates.
2. Engage with Accenture and Microsoft counterparts to define strategy and resource allocation.
3. Build strong customer relationships and grow accounts through qualification and segmentation.
4. Act on Voice of Client feedback and foster an exceptional client experience.
5. Deliver revenue growth and market penetration focused on Indirect channels.
6. Assess and manage the opportunity and risk associated with large scale, complex projects.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 4 years of experience within sales area – plus on Microsoft ecosystem.
2. Understand client business needs and how to recommend the best fit technology solutions.
3. Industry knowledge in the relevant industry Resources (Chemicals, Energy, Natural Resources & Utilities, Oil & Gas).
4. Proven record of building, positioning, selling, and delivering industry-centric use-cases, value propositions, and solutions.
5. Ability to effectively lead, team with, and influence peers in a large, matrixed organisation.
6. See future possibilities and can translate them into breakthrough strategies.
