What you will be doing:
* Pioneer an AI-driven learning ecosystem that consistently outperforms traditional education models, as evidenced by remarkable improvements in student achievement metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead innovation in AI-powered, teacher-free education to deliver exceptional student outcomes across multiple campuses. Success will be measured by tangible improvements in AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth, setting new standards for educational achievement.
Candidate Requirements:
* Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in a relevant field such as Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, or Instructional Design.
* Proven leadership experience in education or EdTech sectors.
* Demonstrated expertise in applying AI technologies within educational or professional environments.
* Track record of designing and implementing AI systems for educational applications (e.g., content generation, data analysis, adaptive learning).
* Deep understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational methodologies.
* Exceptional ability to articulate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* Successful experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing intricate, high-stakes projects.
