As market leaders in the consumer and SMB networking space, TP-LINK Italy is seeking a Junior Distribution Account Manager to enhance sales performance and pursue new business opportunities.
This role presents an opportunity for a talented individual to make a significant impact on the company's success in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with local or national distributors, sub-distributors, or key partners to drive long-term business growth.
* Develop and execute account strategies to increase revenue and client satisfaction.
* Identify new distributors/partners and capitalize on their business potential.
* Negotiate contracts and develop dedicated promotions plans to maximize value for both parties.
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities to refine business strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
* Provide regular reports on distributor performance, feedback, and market insights.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management in distribution or account management in vendors, preferably in the ITC industry.
* Knowledge of IT distributors or main IT chain steps involved in the sales process.
* Business trips are required for managing and developing customers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Bachelor's Degree required.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Fluent English required.
