Job Overview We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Director to oversee and optimize our online sales channels, including the Arduino Digital Store and third-party digital marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing e-commerce operations, driving revenue growth, and leading a small team. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in e-commerce platform management, digital marketing, inventory optimization, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth across all digital sales channels. Amazon and third-party marketplace Management: Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, advertising campaigns, and performance optimization. Website Management: Manage the company’s digital store, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimized product pages, and efficient checkout processes. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team distributed across EU and US Digital Marketing: Work closely with marketing teams to improve search rankings, execute paid advertising campaigns, and enhance brand visibility. Inventory Order Management: Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Data Analysis Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior to refine strategies and improve KPIs. Customer Engagement Support: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support strategies, reviews management, and engagement initiatives. Requirements Qualifications 10+ years of proven experience in multichannel e-commerce management, preferably in the electronics or tech industry. Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Shopify and knowledge of Netsuite (preferred) Experience with PPC advertising, SEO, and digital marketing strategies. Leadership experience managing small teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Knowledge of supply chain management, order fulfillment, and customer service best practices. Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools, Google Analytics, and Amazon reporting tools.
