The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will report directly to both the General Manager and the HR Director, and support a diverse workforce, including both Staff and Operations roles. You will play a crucial role in shaping the HR strategy and driving organizational success through the following responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Attracting top talent and enhancing the company's employer brand to secure a competitive advantage.
2. Training and Development: Designing and implementing comprehensive training programs and career development paths to foster employee growth and engagement.
3. Labor Relations: Managing labor relations and union negotiations, ensuring a balanced and harmonious workplace environment.
4. Personnel Cost Management & KPI Analysis: Monitoring and optimizing personnel costs while conducting in-depth KPI analysis to support strategic decisions.
5. Organizational Design & Change Management: Actively participating in organizational design and leading change management initiatives to support the company's evolving needs.

Requirements
1. A degree in Law or Economics.
2. Significant experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
3. Fluent English, essential for interactions with the HQ and for pursuing advanced career opportunities.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
6. Familiarity with technological platforms and advanced systems.
