We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated System & Process Quality Engineer to join our team.
This position requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, quality system management, and problem-solving methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016, conducting audits, and contributing to the development and improvement of quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and implement quality systems in compliance with ISO9001:2015 / IATF 16949:2016 standards.
* Lead internal and external audits, acting as the primary auditor for ISO and IATF audits.
* Develop, maintain, and optimize quality procedures, controlled documents, and processes.
* Oversee APQP/PPAP, FAIR, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Gauge R&R.
* Participate in business application implementation projects, ensuring timely deliverables.
* Conduct training sessions on core quality concepts and principles.
* Deploy WFS Lesson Learned and support management review activities.
* Collaborate with plant managers, departments, and customers to ensure effective process implementation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Several years of experience in a similar role within the engineering sector.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical drawing and basic problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa).
* Experience with ISO9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, and conducting audits.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with CNG/H2 valves, HPDI tank assembly, 3D equipment, and various measuring instruments.
* Familiarity with SPC statistical tools (e.g., MINITAB) and Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to manage technical meetings, define strategic objectives, and achieve KPIs.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and with customers.
