Italian Chef
A fast-growing Italian restaurant chain in India seeks an experienced and passionate Cook/Chef to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity for relocation to India with a comprehensive package.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a small kitchen team, providing training, supervision, and motivation to maintain consistency, portion control, hygiene, and quality standards.
* Manage food preparation and production across kitchens, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery to all locations.
* Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and enhance the menu.
* Work closely with the Head Chef and management to uphold culinary excellence and streamline kitchen operations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience as a Cook/Chef (leadership experience is advantageous).
* Culinary diploma from a recognized institution (an advantage).
* Strong expertise in Italian cuisine.
* Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate and lead a team.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
* A hands-on approach to kitchen operations is essential.
* Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
* Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
