Role Description
We seek a Team Leader to join our Data Analytics and AI team as part of our GenAI workforce.
You will define strategy for Generative AI internally and help shape and execute clients' AI transformation agendas.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying critical business problems solvable with Generative AI
* Defining strategy for Generative AI application
* Leading design, build, and engineering innovative GenAI products with our cross-functional team
* Managing the Data Analytics and AI team, mentoring them to grow their skills and expertise
* Continuously iterating and scaling Generative AI products based on client needs
Requirements
To succeed, you must have:
* At least 4/5 years of experience working with large-scale language models
* Experience managing technical and cross-functional teams
* A rich understanding of language models, transformers, vector stores, and search algorithms
* Large-scale ETL development and engineering experience of high-performance ML systems
* A strong working knowledge of modern software development methodologies and software design patterns
* The ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to client and partner teams
* Confidence to convey technical advice and guidance to clients
