Solutions Driven is supporting an international client to seek their experience Area Sales Manager.
A motivated Area Sales Manager/Service Sales to support the development of offers for engineered cooling towers/systems. The successful candidate will utilize proprietary IT tools and undergo training to conduct plant inspections, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate aftersales support, including revamping and spare parts orders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize proprietary IT tools to assist in developing tailored offers for engineered cooling solutions.
* Conduct plant inspections to identify areas for improvement and corrective actions.
* Support the acquisition of revamping and spare parts orders through effective communication with clients.
* Provide general aftersales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:
* Degree in mechanical/energy/aerospace engineering or related disciplines.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience within the same role; coming from cooling systems or relevant to sectors such as oil and gas, refineries, and steel mills.
* Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian.
* Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and results-oriented skills.
