The candidate we are looking for our client is an Assistant to Professionists, who will be involved in the following tasks and activities:
* Prepares documents in Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
* Performs administrative functions including, but not limited to, the preparation of written correspondence and documents using in-house and external style documents.
* Manages the calendar, schedules appointments, meetings and conference calls and arranges for complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries.
* Keeps client contact details and lists up-to-date.
* Reviews and prepares bills and expense reports for travel and entertainment. Submits vouchers for payment. May also prepare and track personal expense information.
* Assists with the preparation and distribution of monthly reports to all partners and Firm management.
* Maintains effective and accurate filing systems (both for hard copy and electronic documents).
* Prints, prepares and collates papers ahead of meetings.
* Attends trainings as required to keep up-to-date with firm-wide procedures.
Competenze ed esperienza
The ideale candidate should have these requirements:
* Fluent English
* Previous experience in a Personal Assistant / Legal Secretarial role within a law firm
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Highly organised with a flexible approach
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work to deadlines
* Enjoy working as part of a team.
