We are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist to join our team!

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships, building networks in Italy and abroad, attending events and trade shows, and managing sales. You will work closely with our CEO and Strategy Officer.
Responsibilities :
Generate, sell, negotiate, develop, close, and secure new opportunities.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market and competition.
Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process to a technical and business audience, building trust and mutual respect with technical customers and peers.
Actively participate in events and trade shows in Italy and abroad to expand networking and commercial relationships.
Represent Coolshop professionally and passionately, promoting our configuration and management software products.
Work with goals and measure success against precise KPIs.
What we are looking for:
Experience in Sales with companies with> 500 million revenues
Strong negotiation skills
Superior presentation, interpersonal & communication skills
Excellent knowledge of English
Availability to travel
