We are looking for a Retail Operations Manager with a solid background in operational excellence to support the efficiency and compliance of our store network. In this role, you will ensure the consistent execution of operational processes, manage store-related procedures, and support cross-functional initiatives to improve retail performance. You will work closely with Store Managers and internal departments to guarantee smooth daily operations and a consistent in-store experience.
What you’ll do:
* Design, implement, and optimize operational procedures and tools to improve store efficiency
* Coordinate and oversee all operational aspects of store openings, relocations, and refurbishments
* Monitor stock management processes, physical inventory, and loss prevention
* Ensure proper implementation of corporate standards, policies, and systems in stores
* Manage retail budgets for supplies, uniforms, and services, ensuring cost control and timely execution
* Act as the key contact for operational issues, providing hands-on support and solutions
* Collaborate with IT and Retail teams on optimization of POS systems and back-office tools
* Support the digitalization of retail operations by identifying process automation opportunities, enabling data-driven decisions, and integrating new retail technologies
* Deliver training and support to store teams on operational procedures and systems
* Support sustainability-related initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the fashion/luxury sector
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Experience with digital tools and operational systems in retail environments (e.g. ERP, POS, stock management platforms)
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication and project management abilities
* Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Willingness to travel regularly
