Job Title: Employee Relations/Labor Relations Specialist
This is a Part-Time Role located in Milan, Italy. The Employee Relations/Labor Relations (ER/LR) Specialist will be responsible for fostering a calm social climate with the RSU and maintaining it throughout the year in conjunction with the HR Department.
Key Responsibilities
* Participating in steering the unions (RSU).
* Advising the company's management on social/ER/LR strategy.
* Advising internal management on social issues and challenges.
* Leveraging technology and tools to streamline customer service processes, enhancing communication channels, and improving customer experience.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business, labour relations or equivalent field.
* At least 3 years' experience in labour relations management.
* Sound knowledge of Italian labour and employment law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the company.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Professional English and Italian.
