Job Title: Digital PR & Influencer Assistant

About the Role
As part of the Marketing Department, Communication Team, you will excel in this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
* Support the development and management of digital strategies for influencer content distribution.
* Support the process of collaboration with influencers (influencers' scouting and selection, brief, execution, follow-up, results analysis).
* Support in managing the seeding calendar ensuring the correct execution and monitoring of the activity in cooperation with the Digital PR & Influencer Marketing agency on a daily basis.
* Support the back-office operations related to seeding and gifting activities.
* Monitor new trends, new potential influencers and social platforms to create innovative and relevant influencer plans for the community.
* Participate and support the organization of PR activities aimed at supporting the brand's business (masterclasses, in-store activities, press days, brand meetings).
Responsibilities
* Elaboration of monthly reports on influencer marketing and Digital PR activities.
* Monitoring daily the influencer marketing & Digital PR tool to implement campaigns and constantly check results.
* Ability to analyze KPIs and social media insights, influencer marketing (paid campaigns) and digital PR activities (seeding, events, organic content).
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
* 2+ years of experience as a Digital PR & Influencer Assistant or in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and relation skills.
* Experience in supporting and monitoring influencer marketing campaigns & Digital PR Activities.
* Team-working attitude.
