Job Title: Customer Care Specialist
We are expanding our Sales team in Italy and looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Customer Care Specialist.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the sales process and customer service for national and international customers in the testing, inspection, and certification area.
* Process customer inquiries independently, prepare proposals, and track open quotations until receipt of order.
* Record and maintain accurate customer master data in the CRM system.
* Assist in achieving company goals and increasing revenues through proactive marketing efforts with existing customers.
* Visit clients and participate in trade shows and events.
Requirements:
* Degree in commercial or technical field, business management, or marketing/sales related studies.
* 1-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
* Familiarity with Salesforce and Workday is an advantage.
* Knowledge of the testing and certification industry is beneficial.
* Excellent Italian and English language skills (written and spoken).
* Strong customer service skills, high service orientation, and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Independent and result-oriented work approach.
