We are looking for a Service Support team member. You will join the AML FLOD and Reporting Service Support Team. The team supports the entire AML Flod & Reporting Area with projects, procedures, KPI’s, Certifications, Audit, SLA, relationship with outsourcers, operational Risk, Business continuity.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As Support Specialist you will support the entire AML Flod & Reporting Area mainly on the following activities:
* Local Demand RITE & Isrmp.
* ISO Activities: EUDT End User Developed Tools, Lan Folder + certification, Third Party Websites, Macro tools & Spreadsheet management.
* Business Control: Policies & Procedures, Archer Controls Rationalisation, Data Governance/GDPR, Record Retention for International Bank, preparation of official documents (i.e., Bankit, DepoBank, 231).
* Finance: Resources Allocation - Client Profitability.
* Outsourcer Shared Services Orad SLA/PSD Infra Gmbh.
* AML Risk Assessments.
* Contribute appropriately to any requests for analysis and/or insights for all new Projects.
What we value
These skills will help you succeed in this role:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Previous experience as Service Support would be an asset.
* Experience in quality check and project management.
* Advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook).
* Good organizational skills in order to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards, analytical and process thinking skills.
* Manage risks within your individual role by following set procedures and understand that impact may include financial and reputational damage.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
* Degree or Economics background.
* Excellent communication skills - fluent in Italian (written & oral).
* Good English level is an advantage.
Additional requirements
* Knowledge in AML Italian Regulatory framework will be considered a plus.
* It is a requirement for the candidate to be enrolled to list 69/99.
