Focus & Scope
1. Leading Business to scale E2E Commerce initiatives* across Europe, integrating key B2C and B2B capabilities in a new, data-and tech enabled operating model to drive Value Growth & Recruitment with and for our Customers
2. Implementing integrated execution strategies into big bet campaign and programs that are tailored to the specific shopper needs and preferences for each channel and occasion, leveraging insights and best practices to embed in toolkits and selling stories that drive optimal execution outcomes and business results
3. Effective Project Management working with multiple stakeholders to plan, implement, and manage P&L of the rollout plan with aligned expectations, deliverables, and clear role sorting – ensuring on time delivery removing roadblocks & resolving significant issues and risks
4. Implementing integrated execution strategies into big bet campaign and programs that are tailored to the specific shopper needs and preferences for each channel and occasion, leveraging insights and best practices to embed in toolkits and selling stories that drive optimal execution outcomes and business results
5. Developing commercial E2E commerce capabilities to local system teams, processes and tools required to accelerate growth for today’s business and to build tomorrow’s business covering system execution, revenue growth management and customer value creation

6. Accelerate NSR growth, System margins, TCCS basket & beverage incidence as well as value share across key channels
7. Step change of our system commercial capabilities to accelerate relevance and connection with consumers & shoppers linked to Consumption Occasions, enabling margin expansion through better segmentation and system execution and right portfolio in the right outlets for the right Consumers and their key Occasion
KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience & Skills
8. 5+ years of leadership experience in Commercial planning and execution specifically in areas of Commercial and Channel Strategy, RGM, Segmentation, Customers, Innovation and Portfolio strategy
9. Strong Analytical Skills as well as outstanding Communication/Influencing skills
10. Strong Project Management & Problem-Solving skills fostering agile ways of working
11. Desirable to have candidates with Bottler experience
Work Focus
12. The role requires a broad and deep understanding of key drivers of transaction & trial, what is required by our consumers, shoppers and customers for impactful trip conversion as well as proven experience in creating added value programs for customers, end-to-end fully integrated path to purchase activation plan leveraging promotions, assets, partnerships, merchandising
13. To succeed, the role requires a developed leadership and accountability to positively influence our multi-functional system teams with a hands-on mentality towards end to end and fully integrated path to purchase activation plan co-developed with our bottling partners
14. The role will be wired closely in a networked approach with Senior Leaders and Operators in the Operating Units, C&CL, Marketing, Platform Services, Bottling Partners, and Global team
