The resource will join the HR team based in Milan that is in charge of the following activities: Recruiting, Learning and Development, Talent Management & Employer Branding, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Health and Safety. The VIE will provide support to all team members on the following activities: Reporting and administrative tasks: update existing reports referred for example to Head-Count, training hours/training costs, presences/absences of the employees, ticket restaurants reports etc. HR Database Management Recruiting of junior profiles, including all steps from job advertising to the boarding of the new joinerProvide support for the implementation of the training plan (manage the training calendar and organize in-presence courses/webinars) The VIE will actively participate in the life of the HR department, learning the dynamics of people management.
