Descrizione del lavoro
The Area Supervisor is responsible for the operational implementation of the activities related to the distribution of the assigned brand in the relevant geographical areas. Contributing to the development of sales objectives and the distribution network itself. The core responsibilities of the role are:
1. Supporting the Sales Department in the development of the markets in terms of customers and sales, portfolio management, acting independently when required or necessary.
2. Supporting the Sales Management in the supervision of the distribution network and customer portfolio, also working autonomously when requested or necessary.
Qualifiche
1. Supports the Sales Management in the implementation of strategies for the markets and customers assigned in the development of market analyses, customer portfolios, etc., to develop the brand's commercial plan.
2. Leads the sales team for its area (agents, importers, branches etc.) assigning them sales goals in line with the commercial plan, defining the incentives and preparing corrective interventions to the plan.
3. Takes care of finalizing the results, prepares periodic reports of the activities and area performance, guaranteeing a flow of analysis for the Commercial Management and the Brand Sales Supervisor.
4. Analyzes, evaluates and proposes new business opportunities for the brand in the target markets, maximizing customer acquisition thanks to close collaboration with the B2B CRM.
5. Manages the customer portfolio, taking care of one or more customers in the assigned geographical areas directly or through local branches, and developing and strengthening commercial partnerships.
6. Has the responsibility of managing the finalization of contracts (franchising, selective distribution, T&C, ..) in collaboration with the area paralegal office and the general counsel.
7. Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's responsibilities.
