YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Monitor chargers performance using collected field data to proactively identify and resolve issues, particularly during product launch phases
* Apply systematic troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues with the chargers in customer applications, like:
o Data mining using corporate tools
o Analysis of system logs and specific data collection
o Performance of tests to reproduce, isolate and address the issues
* Work with all the development teams to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
* Provide guidance to data analysts and scientists on the strategic direction of their activities
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
* Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, mechatronics, physics or similar
* Experience with complex systems and troubleshooting techniques
* Familiarity with software development
* Previous experience in power electronics or EV charging infrastructures is an advantage
* Self-reliant and meticulous work style with an analytical mindset
* Attention to detail, teamwork and good communication skills
* Fluent in English, italian and/or German are a plus
