Job Description:
1. Administration of server database cluster. Ensure the service is available 7 x 24h. 管理各业务数据库服务器高可用集群，保障服务稳定7×24可用。
2. Establish and maintain database high availability cluster monitoring and backup recover mechanism. Improve operation quality. 建立和维护数据库高可用集群监控和备份恢复机制，提高服务运行质量。
3. Responsible for database system's stability, high efficiency and security. Support information architecture design together with system architect. 负责维护数据库系统的稳定、高效、安全运行，参与数据架构规划设计。
4. Responsible for finding the root cause of database error on time and keeping improving current database system performance. 负责及时排除数据库故障，并对数据库进行持续性能优化。
5. Support database development and auditing. 支撑数据库开发支持和审计。
Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years of working experience as MySQL Database Administrator. Familiar with Innodb, MyISAM engine and related optimization strategy. 三年以上MySQL DBA实际工作经验，熟悉Innodb、MyISAM引擎以及相关优化策略。
2. Familiar with MySQL master/slave copy, master/master copy, MySQL Cluster, master-a/b, multiple master with multiple slaves and etc. 熟悉MySQL主从复制、主主复制，MySQL Cluster，两主一从，多主多从等。
3. Familiar with No-SQL, such as Hbase, Memcached, Redis and etc., and other high availability technical solutions. 熟悉No-SQL技术（Hbase、Memcached或Redis等）了解相关高可用技术方案。
4. Familiar with Linux/Unix. Have at least one coding language ability: Perl/PHP/Python/Shell. 熟悉Linux/Unix操作系统，有以上系统Perl/PHP/Python/Shell一种或多种脚本语言编程能力。
5. Familiar with Oracle operation mechanism and daily management (including backup and recover, error handling, performance improvement) will be a plus. 熟悉Oracle运行机制及日常管理维护优先（包括备份与恢复、故障处理、性能优化等）。
6. Have experience in database auditing. 有数据库审计经验。
